Mr. Chatterjee cannot ever have a wife in Islamabad because Mr. Chatterjee is a surname only common in India while Islamabad is in Pakistan. The relations in India/Pakistan are so strained that Mr. Chatterjee (a hindu man) actually traveling to Pakistan let alone marrying a Pakistani (most likely a muslim girl) is not just unlikely but impossible.

Why Supernatural keeps killing the people we love
After thinking and thinking and thinking some more about why Supernatural keeps killing the people we love — The drama is just one aspect but I feel that they dont have enough dough to support a cast with more than two main leads. To have Castiel as a full timer on the show they would have had to pay him almost as much as they were paying J2. They probably thought it was not a financially viable option. This is the only reason I think why they would remove such a brilliant character like Castiel instead of continuing the show with two brothers, a fallen angel and a crusty old man fighting the Leviathans. Probably Bobby wanted to renegotiate his contract too.
